Brickmine3D by JRPCrew Labs operates strictly as a client-side in-browser 3D WebGL rendering utility. All uploaded CAD files (.io, .ldr, .mpd, .glb, .stl) and synthesized 4K/60FPS exports are processed ephemerally in your browser's local session memory and are never stored, hosted, or redistributed on our servers.
2. User IP Warranty & Full Indemnification
You retain 100% of whatever rights you hold in your models, and JRPCrew Labs charges $0 platform royalties and applies no watermarks. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to load, render, and export any 3D model you process, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JRPCrew Labs and its operators against any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from models or media you upload, render, or distribute.
3. Independent Tool & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Brickmine3D and JRPCrew Labs are 100% independent software utilities and are NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by LEGO System A/S, BrickLink Corporation, Hasbro, Mega Bloks, Mojang/Microsoft, or any toy or gaming manufacturer. File extensions are referenced strictly for technical compatibility.
4. Open-Source & Community Benchmark Models Attribution
Brickmine3D utilizes the LDraw™ Parts Library (ldraw.org) under CC BY 2.0 / CC BY 4.0 (LDraw™ is a trademark of the Estate of James Jessiman) and Three.js under the MIT License. Preloaded sample models and preview benchmarks are sourced from public LDraw OMR, BrickLink Studio community shares, and open CAD benchmark repositories strictly to illustrate the rendering capabilities of the platform. These demo models are strictly not for distribution, cannot be downloaded or exported, and are technically export-locked. Original creators may request attribution or 24-hour courtesy removal at
support@jrpcrewlabs.com.
5. Digital Credits, "AS IS" Warranty & Strict Limitation of Liability
Studio credits never expire, carry no cash value, and are only deducted after a render completes 100% in your browser (0 credits deducted on failed renders). The service is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, JRPCrew Labs' total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to JRPCrew Labs in the preceding 30 days (or $0.00 USD for free-tier users).
